RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds/exchanges on items that are simply not wanted/change of mind. Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene purposes – the only exception is if someone has had an allergic reaction. We offer no exchanges on our cosmetics.
Non cosmetic products are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days in its original condition. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does brow lamination last?

I have never laminated my brows before and have no experience can I still use the products?
You won’t need any prior experience using our brow kit. Simply follow the easy steps provided to achieve the perfect brows!
How do I style my brows after they are laminated?
Once your brows are laminated you can still style your brow as usual, they will look thicker and fuller- making it easy to style. You can style your eyebrows using our Brow Bae Kit after lamination for the ultimate fluffy look and hold.

How long will my kit last?
Your kit will last up to 12 months after opening giving you lots of time to keep your brows on fleek!
Can I damage my eyebrows?
Our unique gentle formula has been designed for use at home. Simply follow the instructions and the recommended development time for your brow type and your brows will remain healthy and undamaged.
What happens if it doesn't work?
Poor results can happen if the instructions are not followed or the development time was not long enough for your brow type. Thick coarse eyebrows need a longer development time than thin sparse eyebrows. If this happens we recommend leaving your brows at least 14 days before applying the product again.
Can I still tint my brows?
We highly recommend waiting at least 24-48 hours after your eyebrow lamination before tinting your brows. This will give your brows enough time to settle and allow the effects of the lamination to fully take hold. Tinting your brows too soon after the lamination can potentially interfere with the results and take away some of your color, so it's important to give your brows time to recover and settle before applying any further treatments. By waiting the recommended time, you'll ensure that you get the best possible results from both treatments and avoid any potential issues that could arise from combining them too soon. Can I wash my eyebrows after lamination? No, you can not wet your eyebrows for 48 hours after a brow lamination treatment as this will dramatically affect your results. Please keep your brows dry!
How do I care for my brows after lamination?
Within your kit you will have a Brow Cleanser, use this daily for at least 3 days after your brow lamination treatment this will help hydrate the brow and keep your hairs in tip top condition. We also recommend our Brow Growth Balm which is rich in creamy hydrating butters and oils, helping sooth and soften your laminated brows whilst stimulating hair growth. Simply glide onto brows and let the powerful ingredients work their magic.
