RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds/exchanges on items that are simply not wanted/change of mind. Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene purposes – the only exception is if someone has had an allergic reaction. We offer no exchanges on our cosmetics.
Non cosmetic products are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days in its original condition. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How often do I need to apply the Brow Balm?
We advise applying your Brow Balm at night after your skin care, this allows the balm to develop and fully absorb into the hair root overnight to help the hydration process.
How much should I be applying?
We believe that for the best results, you should take your spoolie and fully coat it in the product before applying it to your brows and skin. This will help ensure that your brows are fully hydrated and that the product is evenly distributed throughout the hairs. However, if you prefer to use your fingers instead of a spoolie, that's totally fine too - just make sure to thoroughly coat the root of each hair to ensure maximum hydration.
